Fresh Nails

If I could give them no stars, I would! I look after my nails, I've grown them, I regularly get manicures - my mistake I was in a hurry and thought I'll go into this salon, they're quiet so they can do a mani pedi simultaneously and save some time. The girl, broke one of my long finger nails, laughed and brushed it off. When I mentioned it to the owner, which I would never normally do, she laughed and reluctantly took $5 off my $70 service. A service I will happily pay when it is done right. The girl cut the nail she broke, back so far it hurt. She couldn't even get it straight. This place is a joke. I question the sterility of their tools and whether these girls have had proper training! Despite all this, It all comes back to the attitude of the owner!
Don't even bother giving this place a go! It's a waste of time and money!
The girls downstairs at Top spa and nails are the place to go!

I was given a gift voucher for a manicure and pedicure. It was very rushed, no basecoat was used, nails uneven, I came away feeling ripped off. Will not be going back and am embarrassed to have to tell my friend not to give me gift vouchers from this place again.

I have to agree with all the other reviews.This was hands down the worst Pedicure I have ever experienced. The technician literally rushed through it in 10/11 mins. I seriously felt that staff was going to cut or graze me with the instruments staff took that little care. I had to ask them why staff hadn't given me a massage and staff insisted that squeezing on moisturiser and wiping it onto my legs once then immediately removing it constituted a massage. Staff expected me to still pay full price, but I refused and payed half price for half service. I will not return.

I had a manicure here. The job was very rushed. They pushed my cuticles back too far and nicked my finger. My finger became badly infected and swollen, requiring a doctors visit and minor surgery, then strong antibiotics to treat the infection. Four weeks later, my finger is still sore. The polish they applied stripped the surface of my nails so they became dry and cracked. I question the sterilisation procedures at this place. I found the staff disinterested and dismissive. Would not recommend this place

I went to do manicure this place...they did really quick job and they applied nail color as mud on my nails. even they did not trim my nails. Finally within 2 hours peeled off all nail paints. even they did not put top coat. this was my biggest mistake in my life and i wasted my money and time. This is the worst nail place i have ever seen in my life. So next day i went to them and did complain but they were so rude even didn't say sorry. Also when i ask them to refund my money they were talking with other staff in their language. I asked them not to talk in your own language because this is Australia. Its very rude to talk in their language in front of the customers.they didn't listen...

I do advice for everyone please don't go to this place and waste your time and money.
