The women here are SO nice. Such wonderful and attentive workers. They never cease to amaze me with the eye to detail they put into doing nails and pedicures. They also make sure to pick up my bags when my nails are wet and I'm unable to pick my bags up. Once I got a pedicure done, and I had forgotten that my tights were rolled up around my knees, so one of the women came quickly and unrolled them back down. I can't believe the amazing service in this store!!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone =)
The staff were friendly but the person doing my pedicure gouged my heel quite badly. They apologised and quickly put a band-aid on, but then tried to clip my nail right into the quick while doing the other foot! They vanished when it was time to pay, I'm not assertive and paid up like a mouse. My heel was bleeding for the afternoon, I had to put more band-aids and cotton wool to stop it. For the next three weeks I couldn't put my weight on my heel, I highly regret going there!
