STAY AWAY!! If I could give Zero I would. Customer service = 0%, communication =0%. Getting you to commit to property = 100%, even if you can’t afford it. We couldn’t afford much, our budget as is, is tight. Now suddenly we get hit with a $20K additional expenses. (Which I know they knew this would happen.) Basically I signed the doc it’s my responsibility I’m screwed for a long time. They get rich I lose my hair.
This company are fabulous to all of their clients and look after us all with pride and confidence in their products and services. Their company and personal values are high.
