Seven Star Martial Arts aim to equip children, youth and young adults with the skills required to defend themselves against the dangers present in our society.The Seven Star Martial Arts system teaches self defence with a combination of traditional and modern martial arts techniques. The main style of martial arts used is Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu called Seven Star. This is a flowing combination of hard and soft methods and is made up of kicks, punches, blocks, pulls and forms / katas.
This traditional kung fu forms the foundation to convey anti-bullying techniques, stranger awareness and escape, self discipline, fitness and teamwork.
