During the course we were told by our trainer that we were way ahead of schedule, then he left, we got a new trainer for the last week and we only had 3 days to complete 5units which were quite large. That was stressful and many of us students had to do an all nighter to complete the course on time. Then I find out that I was not even registered in the database for the course, I had to re-enrol and that was very distressing because I had attended the course every single day and they even had my completed units in the head office. After we had finished the course we were told to wait 4weeks for our certificate to be sent out and mine never arrived so I called the office and they said they didn't have my ID and Medicare card on file. Which I had already given to them in person twice. Then I sent them via txt and still no reply, then I called again 2 weeks later and they said they still need my ID, so I send it again and they confirm that it was fine. So frustrated with this group ! I'm currently enrolled in their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care course that's run in Noble Park on Saturdays. The issues I have with them is endless; It started with them 1st quoting the wrong start date of the course, they quoted the 5th of march or something like that, then waited until I travel 2 hours to there head office to enroll to tell me it actually was to begin on the 22nd - Not a big deal for some, but considering I looked at many courses to find the one with the soonest end date, to then be told that I was a lil angry, But It got worse .... The biggest issue of all was; after stating everywhere that the course would run for 15 weeks, waiting until after I had payed for the course, they then decide no, it's actually going to run for 25 weeks !!! They also stated it would be run in Dandenong, they 1st send us to a tiny community center in Hallam and made over 15 adults sit around 1 tiny table and fill in our papers ...read more

We endeavour to always notify our students of any chances to the courses as soon as possibly, unfortunately at times, due to late enrolments, this is not always possible.
