Gaff Air

Absolutely woeful customer service. Had an appointment made following a quote to repair heating ducting. Failed to show up, no answer to phone calls, no one at the premises. Finally got someone on the phone who could only complain about being underesourced and could not tell me when they would ring back about rescheduling let alone actually do the work. When my daughter rang up later to see if there was anything arranged yet for the work, she was verbally abused and told "You won't die if you haven't got heating". So much for them getting $20K worth of work in the house we are building. My advice, pick another company, or get someone out of the area who knows something about customer service.

Had a noisy air conditioner that suddenly decided to behave itself when a Gaff Air tradesperson came out. Technician was here for 20 mins and did nothing but listen to a working air conditioner. Absolutely disgusted that we were asked to pay a $120 "call out" fee. What a short-sited customer policy! If we hadn't been charged, we would have gladly called Gaff Air again - perhaps for an expensive repair - and we would have told family and friends about how fantastic they were. As it stands, we'll be calling someone else next time the air conditioner plays up, and we'll be telling everyone we know, DON'T USE GAFF AIR! Seriously, don't study medical school for 8 years, become an air conditioning technician instead - it's money for nothing!
