This is your standard local watering hole. The meals are traditional pub fare, decent prices and good food. The drinks are cheap and the locals are generally fun and friendly. A good spot if you're in the area and fancy a simple meal and a few drinks.
This is a very friendly and safe place to catch up with friends, have a drink and depending on the night, partake in the meat and veg raffle. It has ample parking and seating and if you have children it has a good outdoor playground situated near the bistro so you can keep a close eye on them. Drinks are reasonably priced as are a majority of the meals. If you want to meet up with friends for a drink and a chat without having to shout at each other over the noise this is the place to be. Alternatively, if you wish to tap away to a decent beat, on Friday nights a band is on from 8.30pm.
