Gap Road Medical Centre

I will never go to this place again. I had a serious injury and the doctor couldn’t have got me out of that office quicker. The place is a factory. You feel like you’re in a production line. He wouldn’t look me in the eyes, wasn’t interested in what I had to say and fobbed me off with a prescription which was a temporary measure and offered no other solutions. I wouldn’t even give them a quarter of a star. I wasn’t in his office more than four minutes and he had already printed a prescription and a certificate. Stay away people.

Why have an appointment if you are told that patients who come in earlier than their appointment time are seen first. I doubt if this is correct, the thruth is the staff at the reception make mistakes and then try to cover their incompetence. Be honest and tell the truth - you simply made a mistake and own up to it. Don't leave patients sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour. Definately do NOT treat patients as though they are stupid, some of us are actually educated.

Had good experiences with the doctors, a team of international doctors who in my opinion have gone out of their way to serve. Thank you.

However the people at the front desk are so rude, short with people, and miserable. They behave like they hate their job and the people they serve. For the sake of everyone can you please smile and be happy because you are their to serve, patients are not their to serve you. If you are unhappy - go and get another Job. As for the doctors - you too have an obligation to ensure that the staff at the reception area don't upset the patients before they see you.

Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Lady behind the counter rolls her eyes at you constantly and always treats you with such disrespect and clearly has no manners. I only come here because it's around the corner from me. Doctors aren't too bad just stay away from the lady at the desk.

Awesome place! Best dr's I've ever been to! I've never been left waiting more than 10 minutes for my appointment and they bulk bill EVERYONE!!! Good on you Gap Road, I wish they were all as god as you!
