Spend your money elsewhere. We brought an entire tub of ricotta at this shop. It was sealed but when we opened it up , we found it was terrible. Old , sour and bitter. When we returned it for an exchange , the store owners said it was fine to eat because it was still within its use by date. They both tried some and said it was ok to eat. Two things here , these jokers know stuff all about the produce they are selling and customer service in general.
How about looking after your regular customers. If we are not happy, there's a good reason for this. Do something about it. Refund or replace our food instead of throwing our complaint back in our faces.
Disgraceful attitude. We are going to shop somewhere else where its fresher and cheaper

Just moved to the area and heard about it from a friend and was absolutely amazed at the huge selection of fresh produce,groceries,meats and cheeses!! My kids who are fussy eaters love the tropical fruits and the cordials, honestly it is probably the best fruit and veggie store this side of Melbourne..LOVE IT!

I've lived nearby GFF for 10 years... Buy most of my produce there. Great shop, great staff... Fantastic.

Good range of fresh food- but the best bit is the deli and fridge section!!! staff are nice.
