In the two times I've had to visit this clinic, they have been consistently rude. The prices are almost double that of a normal clinic. Have found a better one where customers are actually valued and would never return to this one.
I have been seeing one of the GP's at this clinic for over 30 years. I have looked elsewhere and can confidently say that I will always return. I return because I am assured of a diagnosis, not treatment for symptoms. Customer service has always been acceptable and accommodating. Regarding the price: I guess you get what you pay for.....I'll pay for a diagnosis.
I agree with KidA about all but one male doctor who is good, and exempt from my comments. I had a very bad experience with this clinic courtesy of a doctor there and I will never return. The doctor could not, or would not, even write an adequate medical report for an important matter although she had all the records. It caused great problems but apparently it's just the patient's bad luck. Choose doctors very carefully. I do not recommend this clinic. The customer service is terrible, the waiting times ridiculously long and some doctors prove very rude and with attitude.
