Genesis in the Hills

This restaurant is the perfect place to escape busy city life. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but if it is not too hot, definitely go and sit out on the deck. It feels like a little haven surrounded by trees.

We arrived late morning for breakfast service. You place your order up at the counter and they will happy do split billing if you are a group of less than four. One of the wait staff was very considerate to come up to our table to mention that a large group had placed their order before us and there would be a little bit of a wait for our meals. This is a divine location in the Hills. It has a reasonable range of breakfast and lunch options - as well as delicious cakes! The food is vegan and vegetarian but even the meat-eaters in your group will not be left unsatisfied. The staff are largely nice and helpful. I have been here twice and would go again. I generally wouldn't risk heading there without a booking, as it is not a large place and, in any case, is deservingly very popular.
