I visited bella vista eye wear in pacific epping, and had a very bad experience. Their customer service skills are terrible and they don’t listen to your enquiries or needs. I bought 2 pairs of glasses for $448, and when i went home and wore one, i got a headache after half an hour. I went back to tell them that the fitting was wrong, and was served by the same man who i bought the glasses from the first time. He adjusted the glasses and told me to come back if they still weren’t right. When i went back a second time because they still gave me a headache, he completely ignored me for a few minutes and when he finally asked what i needed he was extremely rude and told me to go talk to the suppliers, and that he couldn’t help at all, so we got into an argument. He pushed the glasses away and said he won’t do amything about it. The problem was only with the guy who served me and not with the guy who did the eye test, he was very helpful.
