Giant Nissan Hyundai

Avoid like the plague. Take you money elsewhere. Attitude was if your not buying here, don't waste our time. This has put me off getting a first nissan. So too bad. Keep you stocks for good mate. If nissan had shonky and worst customer experience award, this group of salepeople would be true winners.

I took my new Hyundai in for a "genuine" service and despite a clear Hyundai printed list of what was to be done in this service there were items not completed. Customer service after I complained was poor and not really willing to accept responsibility or appease the customer.

I had a test drive of Nissan Juke. All went alright until sales management step into. Management is unprofessional and has no idea how to interest a potential buyer. They wouldn't tell you the price of the car until you say you going to buy the car. Ridiculous indeed. They said the price is $27.990 but if I say yes they may give me a discount. (How can I say yes before I know the price?) The price on internet was $24.990 but in the showroom $3.000 more. They did call me later if I want the car for $24.990 but I wouldn't buy from them as these manners are so bad.
