Gillian Adams Salon & Spa

Very disappointing and not worth the money considering that this spa is priced as a premium service. My friend and I had packages together however a staff member was late so the timing was off for the day, parts were rushed and we had to eat dessert during our pedicure then rush off with wet nails. Massage rooms close to the front are very noisy. The therapists are lovely and did a great job however response from management to our feedback was very defensive and at times rude. It is for this reason that we would not return.

Very disappointing massage from one of the senior therapists. But worse was how I was treated afterwards. The Receptionist was truly wonderful and made me feel like a valued client, understanding that I wasn't happy with the massage and offering me a free repeat massage. But a few days later before I could rebook, the Manager called me to "clarify my feedback" and spoke so sarcastically about my experience stating "well of course you'll come back, you're getting a free one". I felt so insulted and offended that I have not been able to walk back in their doors. I certainly won't go back and will continue telling all my friends how they insult their customers instead of treating them to a relaxing experience.

I had a wonderful day at Gillian Adams - enjoying a package bought by my workmates. The food was excellent and I loved the spa and the garden . It is pricey but worth it! My first visit but won't be my last!

Truly enjoyed my time here, service is wonderful and had a fantastic massage. Also decided to have a meal which was beautiful. I hadn't intended on staying for a swim but now I'm sold. What a way to spend half a day relaxing here!

My experience there was not a great one and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.The staff I had were really rude and acted like they were bored looking after me. The reception staff was very rude even on the phone but worser in person. Really disappointed as I'd heard some good reports about Gillian Adams, but also heard some negative ones too. Maybe your experience there depends on what staff is the ones looking after you? I won't be going back. I wish I'd seen these online reviews before i wasted my money there.
