Glen Erin At Lancefield
Glen Erin At Lancefield
The focus at Glen Erin is as much on accommodation, lunching and dining, and conferencing as it is on wine. But all these things ought to go together anyway. Mystic Park Brut is the popular sparkler here; there is also Chardonnay aged in German oak; a light but gamey Pinot Noir; and a finely spiced Gewurztraminer. All sorts of special events are held here, ranging from astronomy nights to winemakers' dinners.
We stayed over for a night at glen Erin. It was raining that day but the view from our room made up for it. Staff on our arrival appeared rude at first but they started getting friendlier later. 2 things I would like to see changed 1) the bedroom as it looks outdated 2) the tv needs to be gone, too small for the room. In nutshell, ok experience.
