I used them to change a downlight in my apartment. I was provided a quote over the phone by Janelle who was friendly and concise. I rung back after the quote and booked it in and she was helpful with the times available. I got follow up texts to ensure I didn’t forget my booking. I rung to check if they were running late on the morning and spoke to Justin who advised they were already there. My buzzer must’ve been on the fritz! Dean was the electrician for the day and he was courteous and professional and changed the light in no time. Lucky they charge by the 1/2 hour!
Very responsive and punctual with quotation and service without hidden costs. Will definitely use Glenco for future works.

These guys did one job for me and quoted on another, which they most definitely won't be doing.
Pros:
* they responded quickly
* they turned up on time
* they did a good job
Cons:
* they are EXPENSIVE... on one quote I worked out they were charging me the equivalent of $138 per hour
* they give you a hard sell about their business and membership (who has membership to an electrician?) when all you want is a price
* they try to make you pay up front before any work has been carried out (no thanks)
* they gave me a quote that was incorrectly added up to the tune of $585 in their favour... and then argued about it when I said it sounded a bit steep (it was only later I discovered the maths was wrong)
