Went in for a coffee on Saturday totally different vibe from the one in Revesby, and was quite shocked to see the staff washing the dirty cups under running water with just a cloth no washing up liquid etc.That was enough to frighten me away.I will not go back and will tell all my friends.
I have been taking my son to Gloria Jeans Panania before school as a treat every fortnight & I have to say I am appalled at the service and cleanliness of this store. Precious management early 2013 was fantastic, kept the place very clean & staff were friendly & efficient. The current staff are disinterested & unfriendly. The management is rarely there & when present, management is rude & unapproachable. The state of the kids section where the toys are is disgusting & the bathroom is filthy. Need to take a good look at the figures & question why this store doesn't have a lot of traffic recently. I will be finding another cafe to enjoy.
Another great experience. Sunday morning coffee here is just what I needed. Ambient music, aroma of coffee brewing, free newspaper, nice decor, convenient location and good staff. I could really hang out here for ages. Service is prompt and brew is hot - great start to my day.
