At $1.20 per weekly and $2.50 for new releases 7 days a week is awesome. I have memberships with all the rental stores in Woodridge and Go Video is by far best suited for my lifestyle. The New Releases are usually a weekly within a month or two, unlike other rental stores that milk it for much longer. I dont care about customer service with a smile or bubbly personality: the staff are professional, efficient and get the job done and thats supplying me with cheap rental DVDs I can enjoy at home.
Even though on the exterior, the establishment looks quite old and rundown, the DVDs inside are current, most are in great condition, there's a wide selection and they are at fantastic prices! If they don't have a copy of a movie you wanted, and it's available in Australia, if you ask nicely, especially the older blond lady, they'll order it in for you. I mean at $1.20 a movie, who can beat that? It must be the reason why EzyDvd across the road closed down, I just don't know how you can compete with that! The staff are great on the majority, but there is one staff member that can be kinda rude, and that is the older gentleman with the glasses. There are two older gentleman who wear glasses, (I think they're the owners), but it is the taller one. The way he speaks to you can be condescending and rude.
