Really nice health food shop in Lake Haven Shopping Centre, the staff here are super friendly and on this particular visit they were having a huge sale in store! They sell all sorts of healthy things - dried fruits, nuts, and grains, skin care products - for those with problem skin or for those who just want to take care of themselves, a huge range of vitamins and supplements, teas to help you sleep, to relax you, to help with digestion etc., Gluten free products, sugar free products, juices, jams, honey, natural spreads, sunscreen, body wash and so much more.
