I have been using these guys for my Spoodle, Dude for years and never have I felt my lil man was ill treated nor have I ever not been happy with the clipping!
My Mum brings her dog a Mini Schnauzer to have him clipped as he is nerves dog and he loves going to Jennifer and the girls!
There prices are awesome and our dogs love it there!
They are always flat out so not much time for them to have a chat, when you pick your dog up!
Also with so many bookings you can't expect them to be finished dead on time everytime remember they are animals at the end of the day! ( not all co operate )

Not nice at all my dog was terrified hid under the chair when we came home, when i picked him up his tail was between his legs and i knew then that this place was no good i should of read the reviews first before going there. Ill stick to my normal groomer in Benowa i should not have changed only reason i did as was away. =( Will not be coming back ever! your over priced.
After reading these reviews, I feel sick. Yes, cold and quite unfriendly. I cringe to think if that's how the staff is to my face, then how did they treat my dog when I left? I tried their service and won't return. What I was disappointed in was more the two knots left under my dog's left armpit that I found once I got home. My husband ended up finishing the job I paid them good money for. Not recommended. I am not a dog groomer, just a customer dissatisfied.
The last few times I have taken my Maltese there I have shown the groomers a photo of what I want and then I go to pick him up and I have had to come home cut him myself! I stupidly took him there again today and I asked for his ears to be cut shorter! Let's just say he now has no ears and has come home with cuts on his belly. Also he had a few knots in his fur that I had to come home and brush out!
thank you. . .i had the same problem, they left two knots under my dog's armpit. not one to take scissors to my dog, my husband cut them out at home after my experience here.
