Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle

Have used this service a few times and always a pretty good experience and got us to where we needed to be

We had a great experience with the gold coast shuttle, we were dropped at Jupiters Hotel and picked up promptly. Although we bought the freedom pass we didn't end up using any theme park transfers as they had to be booked by 7 pm previous night which didn't work with us as impromptu travelers wish they had told us this before we bought the pass. But we were able to get unlimited travel on local buses which made it very convenient as there was a bus stop right at the door step. On the last day we accidentally forgot some luggage back at Jupiter hotel, and thanks to the shuttle coordinator David he helped us promptly by contacting the driver of next shuttle headed in the direction and got our bag picked up and handed back to us safely at the Gold Coast airport....truly great customer service... Thanks a lot, much appreciated! Highly recommend the services...

Myself and my partner bought two Freedom Passes for our trip on the Gold Coast. Upon arrival to the airport, there was nobody at the Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle desk, despite them claiming to moniter flight arrival times. We checked in, and were told to rush to the bus outside as it was about to leave. The bus driver was extremely rude and unhappy that we were late, when in fact, it was the check in desk staff's fault, as staff was not there on time. We got to our hotel alright, dropped about 200m away, and were told to meet back at that location for the return journey to airport after our stay. Through the trip, we got good value of the buses, and were happy with the public transport side of things. However upon leaving, we booked our airport transfer, and waited at the same location as we were dropped, only to find that the pickup was across the road (a main highway) so we had to run with our luggage once seeing the bus to the pickup location, with this bus ...read more

VERY UNHAPPY!!! I have just returned from a trip to southport where myself and four friends used the freedom pass. The name freedom is not how I would describe it. When traveling to the worlds we were provided one option only for pick up and drop off which where at the very start and end of the day. I found the freedom pass to be very limiting.



Besides the ticket, it was the customer service that I didn't understand the most. We were given a rude and attitude filled staff across the phone who made the process very unappealing and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth



At the end of the day, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!! I and my friends were disappointed in the service of this company

I would strongly advise against using this service. We were dropped off and picked up several blocks from our hotel with 2 children under 6, a toddler and all our luggage. It was a nightmare trying to get to our hotel. Turns out public transport would have dropped us closer, more frequently and at a fraction of the price.
