Worst service ever! I got a quote and confirmed the quote via email. The removalists arrived and attempted to double to quote, when I refused to pay they left! Then the company cancelled the job.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Gold Removals. Firstly, it ended up being a lot more expensive than what I was quoted even though I had provided a very clear and accurate list of what was to be moved and how many sets of stairs there were. He asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said yes, put he left without giving me one.
Also, even though I had clearly stated that I would pay at the drop off address, they tried to talk my elderly mother into paying them at the pick up address.
As well as this, they sctatched the wooden floors in two places and ripped the underneath of my ensemble bed.
I was not happy with the service they provided at all. However, it may just depend on the guys who turn up. Some might be good, and others might not. Mine were not.

Great experience. Have used Gold Removals for two moves. This morning they helped us move a 2 bed apartment in 3 hours from start to finish (including 35 mins travel time from the old place to the new place) - so quick. Also extremely reasonably priced. With no compromise on quality. Would use them again for my next move.Thanks Gold Removals team

DO NOT BOOK Added an extra $240 on top of the price straight away because of 2 small steps then snapped the wire on my treadmill and instead of sorting it out properly with their insurance told me to use mine. Very unprofessional.
