Was there last night for a birthday party last night. We were waiting to be served drinks but customers that come after us were being served before us and giving entree orders we asked twice for drinks, and waited about 30 mins before requesting again. It was busy eating in only like 8
Other people beside our group of 8. When asked could they clean the table so we could do cake she agreed took her like 20’mins to come over she cleared our table and put all our dirty dishes on the clean table next to us instead of taking them straight out the back she didn’t even wipe table down the she brought over the cake stand without cake on it and brought cake over in the box for my dad to take his own cake out. We wanted to surprise him with it. But was a big fail do to workers not knowing how to run a business properly. I always go here but the service of late has got very poor. Wish it wasn't the best chinese food Ive ever tasted coz Im totally addicted. New owners for about 2 years now have really improved from previous owners. TIP-ring ahead if taking away as they are always busy then wait 30mins to pickup but it is definitely worth the wait. Once you try it youll keep returning, like me.
