Good Choice Chinese Restaurant

What has happened? Been dining and getting take out from here for years.
The wait staff are lacking basic service skills and friendly manners.
Had to clear our table constantly, food came out barely warm and no common courtesy to ask if we needed anything including water. Unfortunately due to tonights experience, we will not return.
Surprised how once a successful business can remain operating with these standards in todays world.
I hope the owners can take this review constructively and turn their business around.

We have been going to this chinese for a long time when we first started going it was brilliant - the food we find is still great however the customer service leaves a bit to be desired.... the waitresses are very slow and dont really know much about customer relations

Disgusting customer service,ordered take away for daughters birthday with friends,a slimy looking sloppy dish was sent by mistake instead of one that was in our order,when My wife rang ,the manageress was most unhelpful,they couldn't care less,thanks for spoiling our night as there wasn't enough food to go around in the end,as the unidentifiable slop that was sent was not edible
Good customer service goes a long way,maybe the owner should invest in sending his staff on a course

My review is simply if your thinking of going to a Chinese restaurant please save your money and don't waste the petrol in the car to get to this place.

The Special friend rice is not special at all. I was really keen for the melt in the mouth satay beef. That just didn't happen.

I rang to complain and was put onto three people then the girl said sorry we don't take orders. Not sure what that meant.

Also another tip if when you ring to order and the girl who answers and takes the order says "g'day can I help" - just hang up.

Also if a Chinese restaurant has thai on the menu just don't go there.

My favourite place for a awesome Chinese meal! Never a disappointment, a busy place for a smaller type of restaurant but is very tasty and the food portions are great value for money. We never ever leave hungry, it is very family friendly with children and the kids love it every time we head to good choice for dinner. Food is always fresh and they always make room for another table even if they are full on a weekend. Makes me hungry writing about it!
