Constantly messing up payments then subsequently attempting to charge late fees on errors they’ve made with their payment system. Upon calling up to sort out staff members seemed clueless to the matter and were extremely unhelpful in resolving, had to call up on 5 different occasions to be told it would be sorted out but would then find out later when I was again charged an incorrect amount that nothing had been done.

Good class list here at holland park and a pool outside. The equipment is all modern and change rooms are clean.

Great gym with excellent facilities. I love the steam room and pool

Every staff member has a smile, aerobics classes are always available but well instructed, womens section is great! Its a busy gym but you can usually get the machines you want.
