Very happy with the sevice and the opening hours, great food on the menu, been a few times can't say a bad word, I feel welcome and the staff take pride in their work. Will keep returning.

A busy chicken shop has good and bad points, but usually good ?? I have been here and been told they have no chicken left... ONCE ???? I have also witnessed the owner (who is lovely and always does her best to look after everyone) explain to customers that the chickens sitting in the warmer are pre booked, paid for and due to be picked up in the next 5 minutes but customers are still complaining, arguing and unhappy to wait 10 mins for the freshly cooked ones on the rotisserie.
In 4 1/2 years I have bought 1 thing worthy of complaint, a chicken and avocado salad that had only 1 slice of avacodo. I showed the owner, she apologised profusely (explaining they had a new trainee on) and served me a new salad.
As they're always busy, it pays too call ahead your order ??

We have been there more than once and not only are the portion sizes undersized for their chips. But their customer service is terrible. They ignore you, and once you get the staffs attention they have a terrible attitude to what they are doing. We have been repeat customers in the hope that it was a off day, but we continue to get the same level of service. Don't waste your time or money on this place. We will never be returning.

The staff serving flat out refused to sell me a 1/4 of chicken with a wing. There were 4 thigh pieces in the display the staff obviously wanted to offload, several whole chickens & 3 rows of chickens on the rotisserie. It was 6:30pm, not closing time. Will never go back there.

Simply delicious. This place is great. The portion sizes are massive and the salads are the best in town. So many varieties and so tastie. Please give them a try. You wont regret it.
