Poor communication and out of his depth - led to costly delay in settlement.

This is the worst conveyancer company ever! We are first home buyer and buying in a different state to where we live, so we decided to get a conveyancer in the state where we building as they will know more about the rules and regulations. Working in the mortgage/banking segment for the past ten years... deal with solicitors + conveyance companies on a daily basis.... must say their customer service and professional knowledge so far is the best I've came across... By far... believe it or not very rare to come by... good enough that I've given them my own transfers to deal with.
As a follow on from my previous experience. Gordon conveyancing handed me a bunch of documents after the settlement, and said sort it out yourself. I had agreed to pay an extra fee to register the title. They did not complete the task I agreed to pay for. This they say is because I complained.
This business does not communicate, does not accept any responsibility for there errors and runs when there is a problem.
