Do not use this company. They do not keep their promises and they waste your time.
I rang on Tuesday to book an appointment for Thursday afternoon and confirmed they had the people and the parts in store for a 30-min while you wait replacement of my phone screen. When I arrived at Sefton Park (15-min from my office in the city) I was informed whilst they had the parts on Tuesday they sold them before Thursday.
Then they offered to come to my house the next morning at 8AM to fix it on the spot and I informed them that would suitably make up for my inconvenience but I had to leave by 9AM for an important appointment. They never showed up, never called to say they weren't showing up and didn't answer my calls to see if they were showing up.
