Be careful with these guys, the name is misleading. Its run like a franchise, make sure you get your quote in writing and make sure the work is done before you pay them. As far as Customer service goes the customer is branded a liar and you are left out of pocket and forced to pay for another sparky to fix their 2nd class work. I am not a disgruntled customer just telling you that before you even think of hiring these guys make sure everything is in writing. I really thought these guys were a small father and son tEam, I wish I stumbled across this site before I hired these phoneys. They told me they did CCTV work, They accepted the job, didnt do the job, when I rang them today they say they dont do Installation of CCTV. I doubt the guy they sent was even a sparky.Fair Trading should look into this company.
Steer clear of this company. We were charged $800 to replace an existing wall fan and were told they only use quality products. Only after installation did we find the Ceiling Fan was a $65.00 Bunnings Special. When we complained they became very abusive. Completed an online check and found out one of the owners was banned from electrical. It's a disgrace.
Do not deal with this business or any of its branches. I was charged $440 for a basic, 15 minute job, which is in line with the experiences of others listed here. Tradesperson was not at all transparent about the job or the cost until he finished and gave the $440 figure. This business also has a NSW Fair Trading warning against it (dated 19 June 2014 - you can find it on their website).
