Had another one night stay at The Grand.
Was in a loft style room with bed upstairs and kitchenette and TV downstairs which was a nice upgrade.
Mattress however pretty old and needs replacing.
Staff friendly and helpful on checkin and checkout.
Breakfast included this visit which was a bonus.
Easy walk to Convention centre for my day's activities.
Beautiful old building, but it's feeling a little tired.
I was in the furthest room from the lift and it's a bit of a hike to get there.
Like the serviced apartment idea, but my Nespresso didn't work and I was hoping for a morning coffee. Lovely to have a small balcony, but the views aren't spectacular.
Extremely convenient location if you're heading to the Convention Centre or need the train. Breakfast was $24 on top. Check in and check out easy.
Excited to spend an eve at The Grand Hotel, only to be charged full price for a 6th floor apartment with blood on our blanket which didn't even have a cover on it. Totally unimpressed, and Management could not have cared less when told about bloody little mess. Gross gross gross. Yucko. A small fortune for a very unhygienic nights stay!
