This used to be a great company but has changed owners and now nothing short of horrible. I needed a frame put on my picture which they estimated would take 2-3 days. I waited 7 weeks!! I had to regularly call them and follow up my order and always got the same response of 'oh it will be ready tomorrow or the next day'. When it was ready, I turned up and it was the wrong frame! I don't know how they could get it wrong. I took my business elsewhere after that.
