My experience with Grantham Medical House Practice has been nothing short of disastrous! I had my own and my two daughters' medical records transferred from my previous doctor, who retired. I then took my oldest daughter there for a visit with a doctor and felt the office staff treated me in an offhand manner. They would not bulk bill my daughter at the end of the visit as I had personally not yet visited a doctor there and they refused to put our records with theirs until we had all seen a doctor at the practice. When I decided to move to another practice based on this initial experience and went to collect our records in person (because they hadn't transferred them onwards as requested in writing 2 months before), they had lost my oldest daughter's medical records from birth.
