Well, all I can say is that this is your typical country pub, namely because when you walk inside and order your beer the bartender will immediately strike up a conversation with you. Mind you that probably has something to do with me being the only person in the pub at the time (as was the case with the couple of other pubs I visited the last time I was cruising through this way). Mind you, when we hit this little town I was actually wondering if they had a pub, and sure enough we encountered this one (despite Great Western being a wine town). This place also has a restaurant, and motel rooms, but I only came in for a drink. Friendly staff, though don't expect a huge range of craft beers (though I'm sure you can get a decent selection of local wines).
