Hi there! I am one of the vets that currently work at Greater Springfield Veterinary. I have worked at the practice since graduating vet school 7 years ago and can't imagine working anywhere else. I have had the privilege of both working as a clinician and practice manager within the business and can attest not only to the high standard of medical and surgical care we provide our patients, but also the genuine empathy and understanding we show to our clients who may find themselves in tough financial and personal situations. My Golden Retriever Rosie, Groodle Chester, and cats Sprinkles and Yoda, have all had to undergo treatment at some point - I am so grateful to our compassionate team for the gentle care and kindness they have shown each and everyone of my animals. Amazing Vets! Looked after our dog with exceptional care, all costs outlined upfront so we knew our options well before treatment. Very happy!!

The team at both the clinic and the hospital have taken exceptional care of my Rottweiler, Theia, for the past 5 years. Wether she is coming in for regular check ups or her numerous surgeries, our dog is always keen to visit the vet and the staff.

We feel as though we are a part of the family and we look forward to our continuing relationship with them.

I loved how welcome everybody made me feel. I especially loved how our vet took the time and gave us a tour of the facilities.

Over-priced, no people skills. Too worried about their looks and chatting out back. Appears inexperienced staff. Always a 20 minute wait even when no one else in practice!? Computers/internet always down. Not welcoming. Don't smile. Grooming was a shocker and didn't clip nails. Dogs came out half wet, not brushed and water in ears, charged $65 each dog!! They don't like it when customers voice objections to delays and queue jumpers and being spoken abruptly by the 'receptionist'. Don't like it when customers refuse to accept being spoken to like an imbecile. Other Friends relaid their bad experiences from Augustine heights surgery and how they where over-charged with hidden costs, pet kept over-night when nothing wrong yet charged $700. One terminally ill cancer customer was verbally abused over phone because he dared complain about the poor service and lack of respect given. He was told best not to come back.
