Greencross Vets Forest Lake

The star I put for Greencross Vets Ellen grove was for the vets themselves as they have always been good vets to my mum in the past.
But the treatment mum was given on Friday when we arrived for an appt for her cat was very inconsiderate and with no care or understanding by the receptionist, we arrived 10 minutes late as we had to detour to get there and got a little lost and the receptionist was not understanding at all and told my mum she's too late and her booking is now gone, my mum an elderly was in tears as she has not eaten for 2 days worried about her cat and this was the earliestappt she could get and now to be turned away over 10 minutes she was very upset and the receptionist was very condescending and rude and showed no empathy at all. I have been taking my pets here for more than 10 years and highly recommend them. The staff are great and the vets are always friendly and easy to talk to about any concerns I might have about my pet's treatment. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My parents and I have been taking animals here for years, and even now my aunts still take their dog here for all his treatments. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and all animals seem to just love them.
