Beautiful flowers I received today for my 50 Bithday . I don't know how to post pictures but they are amazing .thank you

Pre ordered red roses to be made up for my engagement cake topper a week prior. Turned up to see them being plucked from an old bouquet off the rack. Roses we received were wilted and splitting. Obviously not fresh as we had ordered. Took them back and asked for our money back. We were told we could pick fresh ones which she grabbed out of a bin behind the counter. They looked just as bad. So we asked for our money back and she gave me $25 when I had paid $30.
She claimed she didn’t realise I wanted “fresh” roses....is that not why we paid $5 per rose? Of course we want fresh roses!
