Attempted to order a lely brand decal for a drum mower. Spoke to service department and explained what I wanted as well as forwarding a picture of it. They ended up sending me three other minor decals that I also requested that would have fitted in an envelope and charged me $46 incorporating $20 postage. When I didn't receive the main lely decal I requested, the response was they couldn't get it which they never told me and basically indicated nothing they would do about it. Extremely poor customer service and would warn any customers dealing with this company.
