Greyhound Australia - Head Office

Terrible experience. Bathroom leaked and my bag got soaked. Ruining documents which i will have difficulty recovering. I contacted the head office and they said they will get back to me. Lets see how long it takes.Bus drive claimed no responsibility. Hope they can rectify this.

Absolutely poor service. Never showed up at all. Greyhound has been doing a song and dance for 15 days promising to refund my money, never happened. I would never travel with Greyhound ever again. Poor customer service- avoid with a passion.
