Our bodies are made to move.GRIFFIT Outdoor Fitness + Pilates is a unique, outdoor group training program for those who love to exercise outdoors. At GRIFFIT we offer HIIT45, Box Fit, Run Club, Tone Lean Strong, Family Fit and our signature outdoor Mat-Based Pilates sessions. All of our classes are run from Sydney's iconic Centennial Parklands in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
