This is the friendliest Grill'd I've been to! The staff has always been courteous, and the service has been fast, as it tends not to be as busy as the one basically across the street in Melbourne Central. The food is alright, but it's definitely not the best burger I've ever had.
I like going to this Grill'd over other ones because they have a larger seating area and it doesn't get as packed the Melbourne Central one. As for the service and food, it's very consistent through out other Grill'd restaurants. The staff are always friendly, always trying to upsell you the chips, dips and a drink, and if you're ever unsure on other thing, they always seem happy to make a recommendation. The quality of the food is consistent too, never lacking in quality and always delivering in taste and portion.
But like all Grill'd restaurants, it's expensive when you think about it, over $10 for just a burger!
