It was realy sour experience today when the owner or the manager of the store took our whole filled trolley with groceries and say go buy somewhere else. That guy doesn't know how to talk ladies, so rude and frustrated. Not even think for a minute we are customers where he must be polite and calm but he started arguing and I don't think so he felt bad where he ruined our day. Recommend people not to go there and never encounter with the manager or owner.
The lady owner has Very rude and bad Behaviour with the customer when you have some thing for return. She has no idea that she is doing business in Australia. She Has very bad attitude.

We regret your experience in store, having said that I was just politely explaining that there is more than 2 months gap between your purchase and return that is much longer than expected return timeframes. We have been serving customers for over 3 years now and our motto is to give priority to customers. first time ever Been to this shop to get something my wife asked. just clicked a pic to sent her a photo of the product. And here it comes the big boss ?? out of nowhere saying that I can't take picture of the products in a rude way. Without even arguing I stop n he started saying its crime. If I want to memorise his prices I can also do that on note pad in phone or some other means. Not the way to treat customers. Was the first n last time I went to the store. I didn't loose anything but yeah he lost his one potential customer
I have been regular customer with grocer eez since the day one they opened the store. I called them this evening about an advise in regards to live TV box. I have recharged my live tv box through this store. i had problems since last night. Its asking for upgrade. when i called the owner he said i dont have a MAGIC BULLET. I understand. I am just asking for advise how to rectify it. He is making all the marketing campain about community awareness and customer service in hoppercrossing. I understand he was busy at least he can reply with a nice tone that you can call me later. he said to me i have to have patience.Being a owner and having a FAKE SMILE doesnt help you and the customer for a long time.
