Where do I start....... the moment the contact was signed and a deposit paid all customer service went out the window. I had to chase them EVERY step of the way, the errors made is too long to list but the biggest mistake was...... they didn't dig the hole big enough for the pool to fit in!!!!!!!!! It is still currently sat on my back garden, next to the hole that is too small. Guardian Pools have not called me once to apologise, even when I called them on Saturday to say that the pool is being propped up by a ladder (I have a 5 year and a 8 year old at home) I still revceived no real apology. Peter was extremly unhelpful verging on being rude, he even put the phone down on me once but later claimed the line just went dead. My favorite quote from him had to be (when I expressed concern that he didn't know that I had a 8 metre pool sat on my back garden) was "David dosen't tell me every little detail about all the installations he does" I didn't think this was a little detail, ...read more
