This store provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Melbourne. Do not shop here! Bought a watch for over $1000 and it fell apart. Refused to refund of a watch that has broken twice in 12 months. Each time I have had to spend months chasing up with an incredibly rude management to try and have the watch repaired and returned to me. I honestly believe I was sold a 'reconditioned' item as new. Terrible service and inferior products. Stay away.
