Booked our appointment online to a particular accountant. Presented on time for our appointment to a very rude front desk receptionist. Without proper explanation and apology of what happened to our bookings, she said with her high pitched voice (very rude and defensive) that our accountant was changed and our booking was wrong. We had email receipt to showed the right bookings and accountant booked and all we wanted was to understand what had happened. After all, we did planned a day off and a trip into the office for this tax return to that particular tax accountant. Didnt want to hear anymore of her rude and high pitch voice, we walked away. Very unprofessional customer service.

The people at H&R block Toowong are lovely and helpful. When I got my tax done the accountant really tried hard to get me to pay less tax and it was satisfying to see someone putting so much effort in for you. Also recently I lost my tax return copy and needed it. A quick phone call later and they had printed out another copy for me available to pick up that day.
