Absolutely love the team at H2O Spa! Lauren and the team have always been so accommodating over the years and I have never had a bad facial, pedicure, massage or any other treatment from them. Their attention to detail and friendly faces make this little piece of paradise on the foreshore second to none.
Don't go here for eyelash extensions. I've just had a pretty disappointing (and expensive) experience-with most falling out within a week. Have tried phoning the spa to have this addressed, but to no avail. Spray tan was $50 too, which I feel is way too much for a brand you can have done for $30 elsewhere. Really disappointed.

I am not sure if you have asked to speak with me when phoning as I always call clients back on the same day as they phone, I would be more then happy to call you and discuss this further as I apologise as this is the first I have heard of someones lashes falling out in such a short period of time. I had the management she was so friendly and she did the best eyebrow wax, I can only imagine how good their other treatments are. Def booking for one of the packages in the new year! So convenient, can get free parking out the front, not like Kingston or Manuka shops.
