I rated hair at the zoo 5/5 as good as it gets.
Value for money great service
have been visiting this salon for 3 years now and wont go anywhere else.
my hairdresser Lisa is amazing gives a great colour and cut without it ever being a hassel.
they are all very well presented girls who work like a family in there.
Great smiles and attitudes from everyone of them
I allways get a boost of confidence as I leave and love going to them every 6-8 weeks just to see them all..

Have been a been a client about 4 visits now and I have found my hairdresser for life. from the moment I walked in every staff member had a smile to greet me and have been offered coffee everytime I'm very happy with the atmosphere in hair at the zoo as its professional and very respectful for any clients needs. I love the head massage ( best part of it all )but most importantly I'm happy EVERYTIME I leave hair at the zoo with there service and the affordability :) keep up the awesome work girls id be happy to see either one of you girls in the future and definitely pass it on to my friends :)

I love these girls work. I am a non practice qualified hairdresser and I go to this salon. The girls are always professional, always do as I ask and I am always happy with the results. I also refer friends to this salon because I choose not to work as a hairdresser any longer. The negative comments I read really surprised me. A regular client has had one bad experience after so many positive ones and turns against them... Good riddance I say! I hope one single bad day at work doesn't come back to smack you in the face publicly. Keep your heads held high girls you do a great job. See you again in 6 weeks :)

I have always been happy with my results from this salon until my last visit. I must admit it has been awhile since going there. But I am so so disappointed. The perm I had is disgusting. Looks like a head of wild hay on my head, not one curl.
