A friend recommended this salon, and I was thoroughly impressed. It's hidden away in the Shangri-La Hotel in the Rocks, and you have to take the lift up to the salon. Book in to see Nat or Arthur, and you won't be disappointed. I walked out feeling like a million dollars!
