I recently went to London Hair Ink with my sister. The hairdresser I was given was extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff kept making insulting comments about me and my hair. My sister told me she was shocked by the comments staff was making and felt bad for recommending Hair Ink to me. My hair cut was also very rushed and and did not look like the picture a brought in. I will not mention this hairdresser's name but knows who this person is and I don't think staff will be employed much longer if staff keeps insulting paying customers. A paying customer should not have to experience such unprofessional staff. However, my sister's hairdresser seemed lovely.
These guys are awesome. I read the previous review and saw Sarah got a mention, she is awesome. Have been going to Hair Ink since I moved to the area and nothing but 100% awesome experience. The staff are friendly, fun, and know their stuff. Never seen a bad cut walk out the door. I recommend Hair Ink to everyone I know, because it's so rare these days to find such an awesome combination of ability and service levels. Sarah rocks!
WOW!!
I was so so impressed by all the staff here. Thought I would try my luck and I got the most awesome hairdresser. She actually consulted me and gave me different hair options as well as pricing options so that I did not get a nasty surprised. I was shocked. We don't normally get that kind of service in Macarthur. She (Sarah) actually did the most beautiful color and cut I have ever had. I almost cried. thank you, thank you, thank you.
I can seriously highly recommend this salon !!!!
