I got to your salons at 12.15pm and was told to wait, I waited 20 mins before my hair colour was started with lightened at 12.35pm. It is 2.41pm and I am still sitting with the lightener on.
All I asked for was 10 foils underneath for the dip dyed look. Just the tips... And a blowout.
I have shoulder length hair.
Literally sitting for over 2.5 hours with bleach on the bottom 3cm of my hair...

after reading the reviews i was hesitant , but when i arrived i was greeted with a smile and was very well looked after. i have had many problems with my colour in the past. this is the first hair dresser to get it right.. go in and ask for shanowa she is brilliant..the only person i now trust to touch my hair...ignore these reviews the new girl is great
Ladies don't purchase our deal voucher for shiseido Japanese hair straighten . I got my hair bured out badly by over processing done by unskilled staff .. The management said it's not their responsibility as they are not the one who treated my hair . Staff are not skilled at all . My hair has bent over by unskilled hair ironing and looks like Afro hair - I'm not kidding !! . I should have gone to my hair salon as usual . I just tried to save money and cost me more !!! They have other shops. Stay away from this salon!
