Hair Talks Top Ryde

Contacted hair talks and made an appointment for an updo. The male on the phone stated it would be $60 so I booked with them and cancelled an appointment elsewhere. I called again to change my appointment to one hour later and was spoken to by an Asian lady. I confirmed price with her and she stated that no it was $75. She refused to Honour the price her colleague gave to me and was quite dismissive. She had extremely poor customer service. I was then advised that she would talk to her boss and call me back in 5 minutes. It is now 32 hours later and still I have not received a call. Very poor customer service and it appears they make up the prices as they go. Definitely will never use them again due to the rudeness of the woman on the phone.
